To edit the office 365 White and Black lists for email addresses, IP address and domain names.

1. Go to https://login.microsoftonline.com and login as an office 365 user that has Admin privileges.

2. Once logged in click on the 9 dots in top left corner and select ‘admin’ when the page loads look down bottom left of the menu list it may have ‘… show all’ click this to expand the menu at the bottom and select ‘Exchange’ from the admin centers section.

3. On the next page select ‘protection’ from the list on the left and look for spam filter. 

4. Here you will find Connection Filter, Spam Filter & Malware Filter settings you can adjust but be careful what you change!
